Although Adcote is an open entry school, we ask all prospective pupils to spend an acquaintance day with us. They spend the day with the girls in the year group that they will enter, and find time to take tests in arithmetic, comprehension, reading and writing. Prospective boarders are invited to stay the night, if their parents wish. There will also be time to meet the Head, who will require a report from your daughter's current school. Indeed, good liaison between schools at this stage can be very advantageous to prospective pupils.
