Adcote School won the Silver Medal for our Eco Garden, at the Sherwsbury Flower Show this year. The garden was designed by Miss Hudson and involved members of the school garden club - with the girls working hard to set the garden up before the show.
The idea of the garden was to highlight various aspects of our efforts to become an eco school such as composting, a wormery, growing flowers and vegetables together and recycling different things for use in the garden. Staff from the school helped prepare the garden and the Headmaster, Mr Wright was at the Flower Show for two days talking to visitors to the garden.
