Over twenty girls from Adcote School are involved in the production of the school play to be performed on 23rd March at Shrewsbury’s Walker Theatre. The play is a family comedy titled ‘High School Mutiny’ and has been written especially for the school by international playwright Joan Shirley of Ellesmere, so the performance will be a world premiere.
‘I have written a comedy for the whole family to enjoy’ said Joan who has plays that have been translated into German and are regularly performed in Europe and the UK
Tickets are now on sale at the theatre box office and are priced at £6 for adults and £4 for children. For further information contact the drama teacher Danny Davies at the school.
