We have had a fantastically busy and successful start to 2010 and I cannot believe that we are already in March! My congratulations go to the girls who participated in the recent ISA National Gymnastics Championships. They performed extremely well and were a credit to the school.
As you know, we are aiming to become an eco-school. Our newly formed committee has been very active and I am delighted that we have been awarded almost £1000 from Shropshire Community Recycling. Last term I asked the Carbon Trust to survey the school. With their assistance I am looking to replace the three boilers and heating system in the school during the summer holidays this year.
We have been kept very busy recently with visits from prospective parents and girls. I do want to thank you, the parents, who do such a marvellous job recommending the school to others.
